This one-day seminar defines the role of Executive Management in driving commitment to safety through all levels of your organization. Participants will learn to recognize the four essential characteristics of safety excellence – management leadership and commitment, employee involvement, measurement systems and continuous improvement process. Attendees will also learn to identify benefits of managing safety and health efforts, differentiate between reactive and proactive safety measures, identify their role as executive management in leading and implementing an effective, sustainable safety management system.
