Goals of Training A proven process for controlling operating hazards and costs by dissecting processes within your operation and determining the best method to eliminate or subdue the hazards inherent with these processes. You’ll get a step-by-step overview of the process and define your role in making it effective. Lectures, demonstrations and workshops will teach you how to develop and manage a JSA program in your workplace. You’ll also learn how to enlist participation by line employees, supervisors and upper management.
