KAYA CONSULTING offers occupational health and safety and labor law consultancy services for managers in the process of organizations’ fulfilling corporate and project based legal obligations. Services include;

• Consultancy for compliance and auditing the conformity of the entire organization to Labor Law No. 4857 and Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331,
• Examination of occupational health and safety laws applicable in the countries where projects are executed, and informing the project management about such laws and respective requirements,
• Providing support for project management in auditing the project implementations to UN - ILO (United Nations - International Labour Organization) regulations, and meeting the internationally accepted norms (UK HSE, USA OSHA, etc.).
